  • Single photo mode — Create videos from one person's photo
  • Two photo mode — Combine two photos into a kiss animation
  • Content gallery — Store and manage your generated videos
  • Credit system — Pay-as-you-go or subscription-based video generation

3. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use AIKissVideo.

This is a strict requirement due to the nature of our content. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Not share your account with others

You are solely responsible for all content you upload and videos you generate.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use AIKissVideo to:

  • Create kiss videos featuring yourself
  • Create videos featuring people who have given you explicit consent
  • Generate content for personal, non-commercial use
  • Create content for commercial use with proper licensing (Pro/Business plans)
  • Share generated content on social media with appropriate context

Prohibited Uses

You must not use AIKissVideo to:

  • Create content featuring anyone without their explicit consent
  • Generate videos of minors under any circumstances
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes)
  • Produce content intended to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Generate illegal content or content violating others' rights
  • Create videos for fraud, impersonation, or deception
  • Upload photos you do not have rights to use
  • Circumvent our content moderation systems
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as stock media
  • Use automated systems to mass-generate content
  • Reverse engineer our AI models or systems

Violation of these policies will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

6. Content Guidelines

Photo Requirements

Photos you upload must:

  • Feature only adults (18+) who have consented
  • Be photos you own or have rights to use
  • Not contain nudity or explicit content
  • Be clear, well-lit images of faces
  • Not infringe on any third-party rights

Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of videos generated from your photos
  • Generated videos are for your personal or licensed commercial use
  • You may not claim AI-generated content as authentic footage
  • You must disclose AI generation when required by law or platform policies

7. Content Ownership & Licensing

Your Content

  • You own the photos you upload and videos generated from them
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery
  • We do not claim ownership over your generated content
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI

Our Content

  • AIKissVideo branding, design, and technology are our intellectual property
  • Our AI models and algorithms remain our exclusive property
  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform

License to Use Generated Content

Depending on your subscription:

  • Free tier: Personal, non-commercial use only
  • Pro tier: Personal and limited commercial use
  • Business tier: Full commercial licensing rights

This is critical. You must obtain explicit consent from any identifiable person in photos you upload.

  • Consent must be informed — the person understands their image will be used for AI video generation
  • Consent must be voluntary — given freely without coercion
  • Consent must be documented — you should maintain records of consent obtained
  • Consent can be withdrawn — you must delete content if consent is revoked

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent. AIKissVideo is not liable for content created without proper consent.

9. Credits & Payments

Credit System

  • Videos are generated using credits
  • Credit packages and subscriptions are available
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Unused credits expire according to your plan terms
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time

Pricing

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • We may change prices with 30 days notice
  • Price changes do not affect active subscription periods
  • Promotional pricing may have specific terms

10. Refund Policy

  • Unused credits: No refunds for purchased credit packages
  • Technical failures: If generation fails due to our error, credits are automatically restored
  • Subscription: No pro-rata refunds; service continues until period ends
  • Chargebacks: Disputed charges may result in account suspension
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase for technical issues

11. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice
  • AI generation times may vary based on demand and complexity

12. Content Moderation

We employ automated and manual review systems to:

  • Detect policy-violating uploads
  • Prevent generation of prohibited content
  • Maintain platform safety and quality

We may:

  • Reject photos that violate our guidelines
  • Remove content that violates these Terms
  • Suspend accounts that repeatedly violate policies
  • Report illegal content to law enforcement

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

AIKissVideo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will meet your specific requirements
  • Generated videos will be of any particular quality
  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI results will be accurate or consistent

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AIKissVideo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for content you create or how you use generated videos
  • We are not liable for third-party claims arising from your content

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIKissVideo, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Content you upload or generate
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your failure to obtain proper consent

16. Account Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion:

  • Your generated content will be permanently removed within 30 days
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refund for remaining period)
  • Unused credits will be forfeited

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Extended inactivity (12+ months)
  • Legal requirements or court orders

17. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA
  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
  • You waive the right to participate in class actions
  • Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do:

  • The updated Terms will be posted on this page
  • The "Last Updated" date will be revised
  • Material changes will be communicated via email
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
